Now that The Elliot Lake Mall is a crime scene and all sorts of investigations are going on :
let's bring in more dimensions to the extent of the problem so the lawyers can feast on more class action suites.
We as onlookers were exposed to asbestos as the demolition
took place, this affects the workers , the media , the investigators and everyone in the immediate peremiters.
All have been exposed...
A mall declared a crime scene is off limits to everyone however this does not mean The Killer Mall cannot reach out and touch someone ! Pestilence, rats , maggots , bears, and chemicals can all have an impact on Elliot Lake's infra structure and senior citizens. Bon Appétit as you investigate and keep in mind as everything is rotting that our city hall and the OPP are just next door , as well as the fire hall and the drug store, the doctors clinic and the city core , thay are all next to the Elliot Lake Mall.
I predict there will be less people hanging around  and less hospital beds available . When everyone heads out of town for a breath of fresh air ... the Investigation will go on ?
For some reason something about all of this does not smell right. One thing leads to another...and that is called opening a can of worms .

The City of Elliot Lake would like to assure the public that concerns relating to rotting food at the Algo Centre Mall site is being addressed and the East Algoma Public Health stated that they are conducting preventable maintenance for pest control. The smell is not considered a health hazard it's only a nuisance. Do remember that the Mall Engineers had declared it safe... Maggots may not have any affiliation to cholera etc...etc...etc...

Why  A conspiracy theory ?

 The Elliot Lake Mall is far to dangerous to rescue a person who is trapped and dying however it is safe enough to conduct a thorough criminal investigation ???

Retirement Living may fail but we may have a secondary industry  "TOURISM " 

 The grocery store in the mall is full of rotten food and it is attracting bears and racoons and it is becoming a center of attraction

The Collins Hall where the Lucy Aylwin Memorial was held will become the new temporary location for the grocery store.

The lower plaza is too cut up for additional parking

Political RETHORIC "

When demolition started people clapped their hands, little did they know that would put an end
to the possibility of finding survivors. After fact promises of unlimited help were sent from Toronto
anything and everything all the provinces resources for The Elliot Lake Mall Crisis .
Heartfelt words of support  and News Conferences but it ended there...
 Even HUSAR or The Premier of Ontario could not change the fact that it was too late .
I approached several reporters and pointed out that a few feet away on Ontario Avenue
help was there readilly available and had been there throughout the whole ordeal.
International Rescue - With equipment and with experience and a whole bunch of rescue missions to their credit.
Could they not at least be greated and welcomed to Elliot Lake and thanked for coming here on a volunteer basis to offer a helping hand and rescue lives at their expense and own risk ?
I think of someone being trapped in a situation where every second is like an eternity and I tell myself  John Green just may have something to offer , at least if nothing else let John Green of International Rescue render his assessment of what may
or may not be done. It certainly would be more promissing than phone calls to Toronto

Now I find out from Maclean's that Lucy Aylwin was in fact alive after the collapse

Captain John Thomas Felt Helpless but John Green from Rescue International was refused entry to attempt to save Lucy Aylwin, he had his crew and equipment available with no strings attached.

Captain Darren Connors adrelin was running and John Green and his equipment sat idle.

Chief Paul Officer pulled back not to risk lives as Lucy's  hung on a thread and with John Green  willing to give his all for the cause .

Adam Vance  Kept going even as things were shifting and moving without John Green's expert assistance and equipment.

(HUSAR)( Heavy Urban Search and Rescue ) Bill Neadles ,Staff Inspector with Toronto Police and commander of city's HUSAR unit  ordered everyone out as he could not put these men in a perilous position in case the escalator came down. Bill Neadles essentially told the country that his guys were packing up and heading home .

and John Green of Rescue International was not approached or asked for input or assistance, he was simply blocked from entering.
LUCY AYLWIN would help anybody "If she wasn't capable of doing it, she would find a way of doing it. She would never give up !"
YES RESCUE OPERATIONS ARE DANGEROUS !
The Greatest thing anyone can do is give up his life for his fellow man
and from what I know of John Green he is not sucidal he would have done his best and
would not have given up while someone is still breathing.

Refused Entry to save A Life

John has a long list of Rescue Operations from 9/11 to Hurricane Katrina  to several countries around the world

John stayed outside The Mall with his rig and equipment , he waited it out hopelessly,  there was no change of heart as 
 The Mall Rescue was aborted and Demolition began

Elliot Lake Mall Conspiracy

 I was at the Elliot Lake Mall and observed much of the events taking place before and after the demolition. I heard the media asking questions and viewed many of the news conferences.
I even witnessed the premier addressing the crowd in the aftermath of the aborted rescue operations.
We went from hearing rumors of tapping noises and signs of life giving everyone hope , to the cancelation of rescue operations as the walls were separating from the main building and could collapse at anytime. There was a lull and the operations restarted as a demolition operation.
Huge equipment was brought in and the main entrance and crime scene was obliterated.
The escalator which had been closed because of water damage was taken out and much of the roof torn apart . The lawyers will have a hayday wth all of this as now the evidence is now a pile of rubble. The rush to demolish and the refusal to let a rescue crew in to assist and investigate
leads me to conclude the OPP have a complicated crime scene to disect.
As the premier of Ontario says it is not a time to point fingers of guilt and he may be right.... Personally I think it is too late...
The victims were laid to rest as the final Memorial for Lucy Alwin was held yesterday.
If there were only two fatalities it is a miracle and regardless it is still two too many.
This unfortunate tragic event will linger on for a long time in our minds, in our hearts and in the courts.The only closure we will likely have is  "That Of THE MALL ITSELF ! "
